Ben

One of the first guys I had walk through the door when I started the gym. Kicked a few bad habits and made a few lifestyle changes. What a transformation. Sadly he had got rid of the moustache now.

Megan

Megan was very shy and nervous in the early stages of her fitness journey. After a few months Megan really began to open up and made some amazing progress going from 14.8st to 11.6st.

James came to the gym looking to make a healthy lifestyle change after gaining a bit of weight and losing self confidence. James reached his target weight after losing over 3 stone.

John Robinson

A Personal trainer with over 4 years experience. Specialising in Fat loss. Currently furthering his knowledge studying BSc Sport, fitness and Coaching. John is also a professional mixed martial arts competitor and incorporates martial arts into some of the training. As well as helping people reach their weight loss goals he also coaches a group of successful Martial Arts competitors.
